How do I connect App Store Connect?

Create an App Store Connect API key with the permissions required for the reports you want to use. In Aurora, open App Store Connect Settings and enter the issuer ID, key ID, private key and vendor number. Your credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain.

Why are Analytics Reports still being prepared?

Apple can take 24–48 hours to prepare initial Analytics Reports. Recent dates can also be revised or incomplete. Aurora will show available data and can use eligible Sales and Trends app-unit data as a fallback for first-time downloads when analytics data is absent.

Why do historical analytics contain gaps?

Apple can omit low-volume rows because of privacy thresholds, and historical snapshot reports can be incomplete. Aurora labels historical data accordingly and does not invent missing values.

How do I configure realtime events?

Connect App Store Connect, enable realtime events in Aurora and follow the displayed App Store Server Notification URL instructions. Aurora must register this Mac before events can be delivered.

How do I restore Aurora Pro?

Open Aurora's upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple account that originally subscribed.

How do I cancel Aurora Pro?

Open your Apple account subscription settings in the App Store or System Settings, select Aurora Pro and cancel the subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Can Aurora track Google Play?

No. Aurora currently focuses on Apple's App Store. This keeps the native workflow focused, but a cross-platform ASO service is a better fit when Google Play coverage is required.

How do I remove my local data?

Use Aurora's available disconnect and data-removal controls, revoke your App Store Connect key if needed, and remove the app's local data from your Mac. Disconnect realtime events before uninstalling if you want to remove the registered installation.
