Legal
Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you download, purchase or use Aurora.
Effective: 20 June 2026
Agreement
By using Aurora, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence and acceptable use
Aurora provides a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app in accordance with the Mac App Store licence rules. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, misuse or attempt unauthorised access to Aurora or its supporting services, except where applicable law expressly permits.
Your Apple accounts and credentials
You are responsible for your App Store Connect account, API keys and the permissions you grant. You must have authority to access any app or report connected to Aurora. Keep credentials secure and revoke them promptly if you suspect compromise.
Free and Pro features
Aurora may provide a free tier with usage limits and paid Pro features. Current limits and features are described in the app and on the pricing page. Features may evolve, but changes will not remove access already required by applicable consumer law.
Subscriptions
Aurora Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Data accuracy and availability
Aurora depends on Apple APIs, App Store search results, reports and notification delivery. Data may be delayed, revised, incomplete, privacy-thresholded or temporarily unavailable. Historical snapshot data may contain gaps. Aurora provides analysis tools, not guaranteed rankings, revenue outcomes or business advice.
Third-party services
Aurora interoperates with Apple services and may use Cloudflare infrastructure for realtime event delivery and website hosting. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. Aurora is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party ASO products named on the comparison page.
Intellectual property
Aurora, its design and original content remain the property of its developer. Apple, App Store, Mac and related marks belong to Apple Inc. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aurora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Aurora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, ranking changes, missed notifications or decisions based on incomplete third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Aurora at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse that threatens the app, other users or supporting services. Pro subscription management remains subject to Apple's systems.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date.
